Hi, I'm sorry to hear  that. I hope your kid isn't really using. I am not familiar with Houston so I guess I can't help you. I had similar case as yours 2 summers ago, and it devestated me. I sent my son to a military high school. There he was disciplined and was taken under the guidance of able staffs. I have seen the changes of my son and I am happy to see that he has changed for the better. I hope you will find the same help I had when I desperately needed the help. Good luck :)
